I really love the intricacy of this one. And how interesting the simple ballpoint pen is able to do this. I used to have a lot of them smudge regular writing, so I never thought of using one. But now I'll have to try find a good one hehe Just saw the coloured version too, and the discussion on which one people prefer. I really like this one, the small detail is very visible. And yes, using crayon over this is really hard. I think black and white works (in this case blue ane white) have wonderful charm. But it sometimes is so hard cause your eyes, and fingers sometimes just tingle to start adding colour. I have that too with some of my black and white mandala's. resist resist the urge hahaha
thank you! yeah I like ballpen a lot, I concider it in between pencil & ink, it's still sketchy, but its nicely thin & black (or blue) I have always troubles finding good ballpens, the smudging & the sudden release of drops of ink, very annoying! I haven't found the right brand yet, it has nothing to do with the price, looks even like the cheaper the better.. I know the problem of colouring or not, that's why I printed this one out , before I did the fine lines as a colouring plate
I can totally understand...somehow I don't seem to have any patience when I have to color with paints or any other medium..I guess I like lines most...
